Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.

We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
